FOR VEGGIES :
Heat 2T ghee/oil in a pan.
Add 1T stir fry spices,
1tsp. ginger/garlic paste,
15 oz. veggies and salt to taste.
Steam till veggies are butter soft.
Fold in 3 T yogurt at the middle of steaming.
FOR MEATS:
Marinate 1 lb. small pieces of meat for 2 hours with
1 T stir fry spices,
1 T ginger/garlic paste,
4 T yogurt,
1 T lemon juice and salt.
Stir-fry in 3T ghee/oil. Steam till meat is well done.
