You will also need: 1 C basmati rice washed /drained , 2T ghee or oil, 8 oz diced veggies, salt to taste. _Heat ghee/oil and sauce 2 T os regal spices for 1 inute on a medium setting. _Add the rice, veggies and continue to saute for another 1 minute.
