Rock candy (also called rock sugar) is a type of confectionary mineeral composed of relatively large sugar crystals. Saffron rock candy contains bits of saffron in it, and because candy has a warm nature and is high in energy, it increases brain power. Saffron rock candy is said to be effective for pain.
