Packet-Mix Sachet of Paneer Makhanwala or Butter Sauce for Panner or Indian cheese cubes. The whole idea of this packet-mix is that you just add the ready-paneer (optionally one may add button mushrooms and peas) and water into a pot with the packet-mix and let it simmer on the stove until it's done! Fast food in an instant! Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too. Best served with basmati rice (our Royal Basmati Rice in our Easy Cooking/Meal Makers section would be a great choice) or flat breads or with French baguettes or with any whole grain sourdough breads.

The curry is rich in taste and is accentuated with black cardamom and Garam masala. Paneer Makanwalla is served at most formal ocassions in India.
Recipe to make the Paneer Makanawala 1 packet of Parampara Paneer Makhanwala Mix 1/2 lb. of Panner cubes or 1.5 cup of button mushrooms and 1/2 cup of peas 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. yogurt 1.25 cups of water 1 small tomato (optional) Minced cilantro or mint to garnish this dish (optional)
Fry the paneer or mushrooms in butter. Mix thoroughly the contents of this packet, water and yogurt in a bowl.- add this to the panner or mushrooms alsong with the peas and bring to boil. Reduce the heat so that it simmers. Stir occasionally. Simmer until the "gravy" has turned thick. Add tomato. Let the dish simmer on low for a few more minutes. Garnish with herbs.
