Ingredients: Onion (29%), Refined Sunflower Oil (14%), Coriander Leaves (12.5%), Garlic (9%), Ginger (9%), Tomato (8%), Salt (6.5%), Spices (5%), Red Chilli Powder (3%), Green Chilli (3%), Turmeric (1%).

Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 2 cups (300ml) of water and 100g of plain yoghurt in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. Sauté 250g of boneless chicken (small pieces) in 15g of butter on a medium heat until it turns golden brown. Add the mixture from the bowl and simmer on a low heat for about 10-minutes, till the sauce becomes thick. Add 50g of fresh single or double cream & bring to a boil.

Microwave method:

In a microwave friendly bowl, whisk the entire contents of this packet with 13/4 cups (250ml) of water and 100g of plain yoghurt to form a smooth mixture. Add 250g of boneless chicken (cut into small pieces) and mix well. Cover and cook for 12-minutes (CAT D 750W) or 8-minutes (CAT E 900W) stirring occasionally. Add 15g of butter to the bowl and microwave for a further 5-minutes (CAT D 750W) or 3-minutes (CAT E 900W). Add 50g of fresh single or double cream and microwave for another 1-minute.

Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.
