Onion (42%), Refined Sunflower Oil (13%), Garlic (9.5%), Ginger (9.5%), Coriander Leaves (8%), Mint Leaves (5.5%), Salt (5%), Spices (3.5%), Tomato (3%), Turmeric (1%).

Stove Top
Take 2 lbs. of chicken, entire contents of this packet,1 cup. of plain yogurt and 1 cup of water in a cooking pan. Mix it well and cook till done.(For 20 minutes).

Pressure Cooker
Take 2 lbs. of chicken, entire contents of this packet,1 cup. of plain yogurt and ½ cup of water in a cooker. Mix it well and cook for 2 whistles..

Microwave
Take 2 lbs. of chicken, entire packet of this mix and 1 cup. yogurt in a microwave safe bowl. Mix it well. Cover and cook on micro 800 w for 12 mins. Turn the peices and cook for another 12 mins.

For better results, marinate the chicken for 1hr after applying the mixture. This mix can be used for Mutton Sukha also.
