Masaman Curry Paste from Mae Ploy is a strong flavor curry with a lot of ingredients and spices. Massaman curry is a Thai dish that is Muslim in origin made with duck, beef and chicken. It is an aromatic yellow curry that is flavored with thai ingredients like coconut milk, roasted peanuts, potatoes, bay leaves, cardamom pods, cinnamon, palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind sauce. It is a marriage between Thai and Indian flavors. Seasoned with Indian spices such as turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, cloves and nutmeg. The dish is served with rice and sometimes pickled ginger or cucumber and peppers soaked in vinegar. No preservative and color added. Cooking direction is on the package.

Recipe suggestion:
Stir fry 50g Masman curry paste with 200g coconut milk, then add another 200g
coconut milk and heat until boiling. (For a milder flavour, halve the quantity of paste).
Add 200g meat and continue cooking until the meat is tender.
Then add 100g potatoes, 50g onions, 10g peanuts and 100g water and cook until the
potatoes and onions soften.
Add 1tbsp tamarind juice and 1 tbsp sugar then taste before seasoning.
