Quick and Easy Gourmet Chicken Jalfrezi
Ingredients:
1 cup Jalfrzi Sauce or more if you like it stronger
2 - 3 chicken breasts (sliced)
1/4 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/4 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/4 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
oil or ghee to taste
Method:
1. Fry 2 - 3 sliced chicken breasts and bell pepper for 3 minutes
2. Add the Jalfrezi sauce
3. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is tender
4. Great with cilantro/coriander chutney and any flat bread
Quick and Easy Gourmet Vegetable Jalfrezi
Ingredients:
1 cup Jalfrzi Sauce or more if you like it stronger
1 cup cauliflower florets, peas, diced carrots steamed in salt water but still crisp
1/2 cup button mushrooms
1/4 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/4 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/4 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
oil or ghee to taste
Method:
1. Stir-fry all vegetables for 3 minutes or until slightly browned
2. Add the Jalfrezi sauce
3. Simmer for 15 minutes
4. Great with cilantro/coriander chutney and any flat bread
