Korma is a type of mild, creamy sauce thickened with ground nuts and seasoned with raisins. ingredients:
1 lb. cauliflower andpeas blanched
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup yogurt
salt to taste
cilantro for garnish
eat the oil over medium-high flame. minutes.
tir in 1 tbsp. of spices and fry for 1 minute.
Pour in the yogurt and veggies. Add enough water to make a nice gravy and season with salt.
Turn heat to low and simmer till veggies are soft. Add water as needed to keep from drying out.
Adjust seasoning and stir in the cilantro at the last minute before serving.
