I remember visiting my masi/ aunt in her sprawling Old Delhi home in summers and me and my cousins were constantly hungry. My aunts cook would whip up many quick and healthy snacks and here is one example which was her favorite. My aunt is a doctor and all meals served in her home were fresh and healthy. Every evening my uncle would sit with us kids around him and peel fruits for us. He would entertain us by peeling the fruit in one peel. The fruit was sprinkled with Chaat masala. He has since passed away but we cousins still remember him fondly.
