The curry is made with fresh, plump, juicy, summer tomatoes and are flavored with panchporan spices. This menu is enhanced with the fragrant aroma of dill steamed with potato and carrots. The meal is rounded out with a cucumber raita and frsh yogurt dessert which may be served with fresh summer berries.
