Orders placed after 1 p.m. CST will be shipped the following day. This applies to over-night orders and 2nd day orders.

Indian Foods Company uses UPS service to deliver all packages (except APO and PO orders) inside the continental U.S.  The day we ship your order from our store is not counted by UPS. No Delivery is either picked or delivered to you on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.

It is customers responsibility to provide proper shipping  address, phone and email address, improper information my delay the shipment or may not be delivered by UPS. Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping information, including suite and apartment numbers, or you may be charged a penalty imposed by UPS.

Once your order and address is entered the system will calculate your shipping charges based on the information you have entered- (weight and address).  You will have a chance to confirm or cancel your order later. 

Email Notification
After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email notification stating that your order is in process.  We will then proceed to pick and pack your order for shipment.   If all items are in stock we will send your order out.  We will hold your order for out of stock items and try our best to get them and fulfill your order.  If we are unable to procure out of stock items we will refund you for the difference and then send your order out.  Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number from UPS. 

Tracking Your Order
Depending on your delivery address, with UPS Ground Service your order may be delivered in 4 to 7 business days. For your convenience, to track your order go to UPS.  Simply fill out the tracking field with your tracking number and receive real time information on when you can expect delivery.

International Orders
At this time, our shopping cart does not accept international orders.

Shipping to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO)
United States Postal Service is the only delivery service that will deliver your order to a PO Box or Military address. USPS delivery option begins at $5.49 and increases by weight. NOTE: This shipping method does not offer a tracking service.

“Deep Freeze" Packaging and Shipping

We only ship FROZEN FOODS (perishables) via 2 day or 3 day select. We use plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler, a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition in a 3 day delivery.

There is additional charge for the insulated box and dry ice.
Orders of 10 items – $16.99 extra
Orders of 20 items – $24.99 extra

3 Day Select Delivery for Frozen Foods:
Arrives within 3 business days. We ship all orders ONLY ON MONDAY with a three day select delivery.

Please track your Frozen Shipment with UPS. We are not responsible if the package is not taken care off once it is delivered by UPS.
We do not ship frozen orders to ALASKA and HAWAII. We're sorry but we also can not deliver frozen orders to PO Boxes or APO and FPO addresses. To guarantee delivery, we must have complete and correct addresses.

“Fresh Indian Sweets" Packaging and Shipping

-  Our Indian traditional sweets are made fresh and are also handmade.  Therefore the shapes, sizes, color and availability is subject to change.
-  It may take 2 business days of receipt of your order to send your order.  Shipments may also be delayed due to fresh inventory levels, shipping and the weather.
-  There are no refunds on sweet orders unless there has been a mistake in the order.  You must put in UPS Next Day Air for Bengali and milk based sweets. 
-  WE DO NOT SEND OUT SWEET ORDERS ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY'S as we do not want it to stay in transit over the weekend.
-  Fresh Bengali Sweet and Motichoor Laddoo are very soft and may break during shipping so please keep this in mind when ordering these items.

We encourage perishable orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address.  We are not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.  All perishable food orders are final and no returns are taken.

Returned Shipments Policy
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the package. If you are not satisfied with your order, please call our Customer Service between 10 am. CST and 4.30 CST at 1-866-416-4165 or (952) 593-3000.

Return the product to the address below via UPS (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. Be sure to give us your order number or any other information so we may identify your order and include it with your package. For gifts, all components of a gift set or collection must be returned.

If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that Indian Foods Company incurs.
